We are aware that after the June 28 server maintenance, several of you have encountered issues that make it difficult to use cash items or avail of the services in the Cash Shop. We fully understand how this can impact your game experience, so we’d like to help you figure out the best way to resolve your issue.
These issues are account-specific, therefore, the most effective way to resolve these issues is to file a support ticket through Helpdesk (https://account.e-games.com.ph/Content/Management/helpdesk2.aspx) . Take time to identify which issue on the left best matches your situation, then file your ticket on the corresponding bucket on the right:

We are aware that some of you have encountered subpassword issues after the prolonged server downtime. We’d like to see you back into the game as soon as possible, so we encourage you to follow the tips below:
Most of the users affected by the subpassword issue are those who have recently changed their subpassword. Therefore, we suggest that you try using your old subpassword to log-in your character.
If you fail at Tip #1 after a couple of attempts, the fastest way to resolve your subpassword problem is for you to file a support ticket at Helpdesk (https://account.e-games.com.ph/Content/Management/helpdesk2.aspx).
Make sure you file your ticket in the proper queue to avoid delays in processing.
It is important to note that we require either the secret answer to your e-Games account’s secret question or one (1) valid ID attached to the ticket. This is to verify that you are the real owner of the account, and no other person can claim it as his own.
Filing your ticket with your SQA or a valid ID will greatly speed up the process of the subpassword recovery. However, don’t lose hope if you can’t provide any of the mentioned requirements. Please file a ticket anyway and our Helpdesk agents shall guide you through alternative ways to resolve your subpassword issue.
In the meantime, please avoid sharing any of your account information (username, password, PIN code, email address or subpassword) to other people to prevent leakage and possible hacking.
