ATTENTION CABALists,

Below you may find the Official Game Policies of CABAL Online PH. These policies were built on the belief that fair and balanced gameplay is crucial for every CABAL gamer to have the best gaming experience. These policies were enacted to protect the game from those who wish to abuse or engage in illegal activities that may ruin game balance. May these policies always guide you to do only what is right, fair, courteous and legal.

Take note that these game policies do not cover everything. Some cases may have to be investigated and assessed differently or exclusively by the Game Masters.

IMPORTANT: PLAYPARK ACCOUNT PENALTIES

Players are advised to safe-guard their own accounts as they are responsible for any actions done using it. Accounts that are caught for illegal activities will face penalties as stated, regardless of whether the illegal activities were done by the rightful owner or otherwise. Please be guided accordingly of the Game Policy, Penalty and Offenses.

In accordance with particular PlayPark policies, as they are provided on our company website and sub sites, certain penalties are imposed on accounts for violating the PlayPark Code of Conduct, and for any of the violations that are listed below. It is the responsibility of every customer to be aware of our Company Policies, violations, and penalties as agreed upon in PlayPark End User License Agreement. Claims of ignorance to such information shall not be excused.

Listed here are the general account penalties maintained by PlayPark as a company. There also exist game-specific account penalties. In most cases, game-specific account penalties will take precedence over our general company account penalties. However, please remember that depending on the nature of each violation, either company or game specific penalties may apply, the choice of which, rests on the sole discretion of Asiasoft Inc.

Credit Card Fraud

(Credit card fraud is the unauthorized use of a credit or debit card, or similar payment tool, to fraudulently obtain money or property. If a player's account has been caught for Credit card fraud, their account will be subjected for indefinite suspension.)

(Impersonation of NPC Names, Sexual context, Vulgarity, Names that is/may be illegal or may be protected by trademark or propietory rights laws)
Force Name Change
Promotion of Private Servers
(Any attempt to advertise private servers for CABAL Online is strictly prohibited as it will greatly affect the community and may possibly lead to scamming of players' login information)
30-Days Account Suspension
Promotion of Exploits.Bailable to Indefinite Account Suspension depending on the gravity of the offense.
Game Hacking and Promotion of Hack Tools
Usage of third party software, memory editors, BOT programs, trainers or debuggers (hack tools) in altering the Game which may/may not lead to an unfair disadvantage in game play over other players.
(Speed hack, god mode hack, auto-click, auto-loot, no skill cooldown, item hack, AoE hack, map hack, dungeon hack, nation hack, possession/generation of duplicate or hacked items, inventory space hack, selling or advertising of RMT sites, bot programs, hack tools, hack, and phishing sites or other similar cheat programs/services)
The PlayPark Team does not tolerate nor encourage Real Money Trading (RMT) within the game as PlayPark will not be held liable for any failed transaction between the trading parties.
Account Suspension (Bailable)
Exploitation of Bugs/Glitches
(Players who discover any bugs or glitches in game should report the situation to the Community Managers immediately. Players will be penalized if they are found to be making use of the bug/glitch for their own interest, regardless if the course of action may or may not lead to an unfair advantage in game play over other players)

Important Reminders regarding Violations and Penalties

  1. All penalties listed above are arranged into standards dependent on the general nature of each offense, but are subject to any adjustment as deemed necessary by the sole discretion of PlayPark Inc.
  2. All violations are validated through the actual observation and investigation of the GMs. PlayPark has no obligation of presenting evidence related to any cases it has ruled upon.
  3. Repetitive offense also calls for an increasing fine with no cool down immunity which players can chose to have their accounts permanently suspended or BAIL. (See here)
  4. The choice of recourse in such cases is entirely at the discretion of CABAL PH and PlayPark Team.
