If your account was created and migrated from e-Games, your account has an account pin. If your account was created in Level Up! Play, there is no account pin.


How to Retrieve Forgotten Account Pin

  1. File a ticket in iBox: http://www.playpark.com/ph/page/iBox (to avoid errors, please use Gmail)
  2. Select: Game Related > Cabal > CabalPH > Accounts Login Related
  3. Error Message: Account Pin Recovery
  4. Fill out the details needed
  5. Click SUBMIT (If you only see white screen after clicking Submit button, just scroll up to see the confirmation message)
  6. Support Team will contact you through the email address you indicated on your ticket.
