EVENT MECHANICS

• All Guilds can join
• Create a team of 7 members within your Guild and participate in 7v7 Arcane Battle as part of the Guild Prime XIII event.
• A character can only be registered under one guild.
• Registration is limited to only 1 character per account. Multiple entries from multiple characters of different guilds are not allowed.

How to Register

Team captain must send an email to cabalonline_community@playpark.net using the Email Subject: GUILD PRIME XIII: 7v7 Arcane Battle  (GUILD VS GUILD), containing the following information:

• Guild Name
• Server
• Nation
• Team Captain
• Team Members
• Individual email addresses of each member
• Guild Members with their corresponding Battle Style & Nation

  • The email must be sent with an attachment of an in-game screenshot of all the team members.

Additional Reminders

• • The GM Team will send an email confirmation once they have received and reviewed your application.
  • Only the first 8 registrants per server will be qualified.
  • A character can only be registered under one guild only.
  • Wrong registration format is invalid.

• Deadline for submission: November 21, 2021 – 11:59 PM

Tournament System and General Rules

• Tournament system:
  • Elimination round – Race to 2 Wins
  • Semi-final round – Race to 2 wins
  • Final round – Race to 3 wins
  • Each match will be conducted through a knockout elimination system
    • If there are only 3 teams available, the match will be conducted through a round-robin system.

• Match style:
  • PK Battle – Winning condition is 7 kills or Team with the highest member alive within the 5 minutes Battle Duration.
  • Participants must temporarily leave their current home guilds to join the guild headed by the tournament facilitators (GMs).

• Arena:
  • Tournament will be conducted in the Arcane Trace.

• Order of Matches will be determined on the day of the tournament itself.

• All character abilities or skills (Including Battle Aura) can be used except for Battle Modes.
• No substitution allowed. In case of absence, the match shall proceed with only the remaining team members.
• A dead character must remain dead or resurrect in the Arcane Trace Entrance.
• The use of Oath or Protection, any resurrection and warp items during the Guild Battle or when dead is NOT allowed.
• GM Buffs, Saint Force buff, and Bringer Title is NOT allowed.
• Anyone caught not following the rules will be disqualified from that round.

General Guidelines

• All PlayPark Terms and Conditions apply.
• Participants are expected to be online 1 hour before the start of the event. 
• The team line-up you have registered in your email application is FINAL and CANNOT BE CHANGED.
• No substitution will be allowed.
• In case of absence, the match shall proceed with only the remaining team members.
• The use of any third-party program or exploitation of existing or previously unknown bugs or glitches is strictly prohibited.
• Teams caught using any of these illegal activities will be given a warning.
• Repetition of said infraction will disqualify the team in the 7v7 tournament.
• Appeals or complaints must be brought to the GM by the Team Captain immediately.
• No complaints will be entertained after the GM has announced the winner of the match.
• All other conditions/issues that may arise during the event (which are not covered here) will be decided by the GM in-charge.
• Participants are not allowed to move out of the Arena during a match. Willful violation of this rule will warrant a warning on the first infraction and tournament disqualification on the second offense.
• The excessive use of foul language will not be tolerated. Offenders will be warned on the first offense and will be removed from the tournament should he/she continues to display unruly behavior.
• Deliberate disruption of the event by either the participants or the spectators will be dealt with accordingly.
• The decision of the GMs is final.
• Tournament mechanics are subject to change.

Google Meet Mechanics:

• The members of the team must have a stable internet connection to avoid any technical difficulties.
• Technical issues that occur during an ongoing match will not be entertained.
• Your teammates need to download and create an account for Google Meet on your phones so that we can track your team’s livestream and incorporate it in our streaming platform.
• Google Meet video call guide:
  • We will send an invite link through email.
  • Team leaders must provide the email addresses of each member.

• Player’s Camera:
  • The face of the player and screen must be visible.

GUILD PRIME XIII: Trophy Collection

Currently on it’s thirteenth year, Guild Prime lives on the CABAL Legacy with fiercer competition.

Guild Prime XIII Trophy Mechanics

• The Battle for Guild Prime XIII has officially begun and every guild point is crucial! Here’s how to vote using your collected trophies for Guild Prime XIII.

• Trade them starting September 2-3, 2021 to the GMs at Port Lux from 2pm – 6pm. Please wait for in-game announcements prior to the trading’s start.

Schedule for Trading is on September 2-3, 2021

• 2:00PM – 4:00PM – Orion
• 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM – Draco

The event runs until September 4, 2021, 12:00 AM only, so collect GP trophies right away!

Again, the final counting of trophies is on September 3, 2021.

PENALTY POINT SYSTEM

Trophy Wipe-Out will be implemented to characters/accounts of every member of the Guild proven to have used AOE, Wall Hack, Speed Hack/No Skill Delay, Auto Dungeon Finish or Damage Hack during the competition proper. Offenders will also receive the account suspension penalty.

EVENT MECHANICS:

• Lords of War is a quarterly Mission War-based event that has a duration of 5 Weeks.
• Duration: August 23 – September 26, 2021
• Scoring: Based on MWARs of Tiera Gloriosa and Memoria Chrysos maps
• All guilds can join and no registration is needed.

Guild Ranking Point System:

Weekly Guild Point:

• The guild with the highest MWAR score and occupies the Auction/Agent Shop.
• The guild with the highest point within the event period will win the Lords of War.
• 1 Point per week
• In case of a tie, the first guild to score the point will be honored.

Disqualification:

• Scores will be forfeited (on a specific week) 

When:

• A guild member was caught using third-party program/Hack tools in general.
• A guild member was caught in coin feeding and panel feeding. (3 Days ban)

REMINDER: The winning Guild with an existing emblem can either change their current emblem or may request to apply the Guild Emblem to another guild.

Individual Point:

200 Bracket Only

• Rewards are for Bringers and Guardians of each nation (Procyon and Capella).
• Weekly point: Score based on accumulated titles for 5 weeks.
• The character with the highest score/most titles obtained will win special awards.
• Scores will be erased if the character changes nation and/or user account or server transfer.
• Multiple bringer/guardians within a single account will only be counted as 1 regardless of different classes or nations.

Disqualification:

• Player’s scores will be forfeited 

When:

• The Player was caught in coin feeding and panel feeding. (3 Days Ban)
• Caught using Third Party Programs/Hack Tools.

Penalty:

• Players will be blocked, will have a higher bailout fee (P2,000), and a negative one to current honor points.
