REDEMPTION OF PRIZES

    • Participants can only win once, but if the name wins more than once, the winner will receive the prize with a higher value.
    • Upon winners’ selection and notification, winners must acknowledge/reply to claim their prizes from Razer 60 days from receipt of official notification to claim their prizes from Razer via registered mail and send a copy of a valid ID and screenshot of the registered notice. 
    • In the event that any winner fails to claim the prize within the stipulated time, Razer reserves the right to forfeit the winner and award the prize to the next qualified winner with the approval of DTI.
    • All electronic vouchers or digital prizes (i.e., Razer Gold voucher) will be delivered at no cost, via the winner’s registered email address.
    • The physical prize for this promo shall be delivered to the user’s submitted Residential Address based on his account profile. Unless specified by the winner on the new shipping address. 
    • Prizes are non-convertible to cash and not transferable.
  • Prizes will be scheduled for delivery once winners acknowledged/replied to Razer’s notification

DISQUALIFICATION CLAUSE

  • The following persons are not eligible to participate in any promo conducted by Razer Gold: 
  1. Employees of Razer (including RMS RELOADS (PHILIPPINES) INC.); b. Vendors, contractors or partners, or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Lucky Draws including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors, including their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion. 
  • Employees and other attached agencies with relatives up to a second degree of consanguinity or affinity are not qualified.
