Schedule:

The upcoming legs in Cavite and Davao will set the stage for the ultimate showdown. The number of teams competing will determine the cash prize for these events. For Cavite and Davao, if there are four teams, the prize pool stands at PHP 7,500, while with eight teams, it rises to PHP 10,000

Elimination – Best of 1 (Single elimination race to 1 win)
Semi-Finals – Best of 3 (Race to 2 wins)

MECHANICS:

  • The tournament requires a minimum of four (4) teams to proceed. If the minimum number of teams is not met on the day of the tournament, that leg of the tournament will be canceled.
  • A maximum of 8 teams can register. First come first serve basis (All five members should be present; terms and conditions apply)
  • Participants line-up is final (No changing of team members throughout the championship).
  • The character provided during registration will be deemed a players final entry. (No changing of IGNs)
  • Participants are required to use pre-made characters provided by the CABAL PH Team, each equipped with standard gear.
  • Each team’s captain will ban and choose characters for their respective teams. The team captains will individually ban 4 out of the 9
  • available classes for their teams. Following the banning phase, each captain selects 5 characters, and each player on the team then
  • makes their choice from the characters chosen by their captain. A time limit of 30 seconds is allocated for both the banning and picking stages.
  • Character and skill setup time is limited to 5 minutes. Participants must finalize their setups within this time frame. Once the setup time is over, participants will be compelled to play with the current settings without any further adjustments.
  • Tournament map: Arcane Trace (middle).
  • Tournament style: 5v5 PK Battle, 5 min duration per round.
  • Upon the death of a character, participants are required to raise their hand off the keyboard/mouse as a sign of acknowledgment.
  • Each match will follow a knockout elimination system.
  • In the event that only 3 teams are available, the match will be conducted using a round-robin system.
  • The winning team will move on to the next round until only one champion remains.
BANNING RULES
  • The team captains will roll a dice, and the captain with the highest roll number will have the privilege of deciding first whether to choose Ban or Pick.
PLAYER’S RESPONSIBILITY AND GUIDELINES (Tournament Guidelines)
  • Teams must designate a Team Captain who will handle all decisions for the team.
  • Officials will consider decisions made by the team captain as final for the entire team.
  • Each participating team must possess a valid passport, though it is not a requirement during the qualifiers. However, it becomes mandatory in the semi-finals.
  • Passports must have an expiration date of no less than one year from the date of the Playpark All-Stars/XP 2024 announcement.
  • The setup period before the actual match is limited to 5 minutes.
  • Players who fail to utilize the 5-minute setup time must commence the match with the configuration and character setup they currently have, without further adjustments. No time extension for the setup will be given.
  • Any technical issues that arise after the 1-minute mark during an ongoing match will not be addressed, and the team is required to continue playing within the established tournament mechanics.
  • Modifying the tournament account during the event without GM/Marshall permission is strictly prohibited. Let’s uphold fair play and ensure the integrity of the games.
SUBSTITUTION GUIDELINES
  • A participating team is permitted to have one (1) substitute player, who must be declared during the pre-registration period.
  • Substitute players are only allowed to participate when one main player is unavailable.
  • Substitute players must have a different character class than the other members of the team.
  • These substitutes are not permitted to play for any other teams.
  • While there is no general age limit for participants, qualified substitutes must be 18 years old or above.
TIME LIMIT AND MANAGEMENT
  • Setup time is 5 minutes ONLY.
  • The match has a duration of 5 minutes. In the event that both teams have an equal number of players still alive, a time extension of 3 minutes will be granted.
TECHNICAL ISSUES AND DISCONNECTION
  • Users are permitted to rejoin if the disconnection occurred before the 1-minute mark, and there are no casualties in either of the teams.
  • Any game disconnection or interruption occurring after the 1-minute mark will no longer be considered or addressed by the tournament marshal. The match must proceed within the established rules and guidelines.
  • In the event of technical difficulties during the match, team captains are responsible for arriving at a decision. If no mutual decision is reached, the tournament marshal holds the final authority on the matter.
  • Any technical difficulties during the match, the captains shall arrive with a decision. If in any case, no mutual decision has been made, the tournament marshal has the FINAL SAY.
FOULS
  • Zoning Foul– This is defined as the act of moving your character into an unauthorized area or refusing to comply with move orders issued by the GM in-game.
    • 1st Offense: Warning
    • 2nd Offense: The user will be restricted from participating in one round.
    • 3rd Offense: Team Disqualification
  • Skill Foul– This is defined as the unauthorized use of skills in the tournament area before the official countdown by the head marshal.
  • Striking Foul – This is defined as initiating an attack or striking any of the GMs in the in-game environment.
    • 1st Offense: Warning
    • 2nd Offense: The user will be restricted from participating in one round.
    • 3rd Offense: Team Disqualification
  • Technical Foul – This is defined as engaging in unsportsmanlike behavior, encompassing actions such as the use of excessive profanity or violence against property or individuals, including marshals.
  • Automatic Team Disqualification
DISQUALIFICATION RULES
  • The use of Frontier Stone during a match is prohibited.
  • The usage of Battle Modes 1, 2, and 3 is strictly prohibited during the tournament, Aura ONLY.
  • To prevent accidental activation of skills during matches, it is mandatory to remove the Battle Mode icon from your skill quick slot.
  • The use of items that are not part of the tournament account is strictly prohibited.
  • If two (2) or more members of a team fail to arrive at the scheduled match, the present complete team will be declared as the automatic winner.
  • Intentional disconnection through methods such as ALT F4 or manual disconnection will result in the forfeiture of the match.
  • Players are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is both respectful and sportsmanlike at all times.
  • Teams or members displaying unruly conduct will face disqualification, thereby awarding the match to the opposing team.
  • Players are forbidden from leaving their terminals without the marshal’s approval. Teams with at least one (1) member who abandons their terminal without the marshal’s approval will face disqualification and will not be eligible to claim any prizes from the tournament.
  • Premium Item Rewards will either be Character or Account bound.
  • PlayPark reserves the right to withhold and not distribute any prizes to teams that have been disqualified.
  • The decision of the Referees, Game Masters, and tournament officials is FINAL.
  • The rules and prizes of the PlayPark Tournament are subject to change without prior notice.
