Last year, we had our trial run of our new ticketing system in RAN Online. After several tweaks and adjustments, applying the good stuff we learned from both MyLevelUp! And Level Up! PLAY Customer Support systems and feedback from you, our gaming community, we’re happy to announce that we will be launching a NEW Level Up! Customer Support System!

What’s New?

Register for a new account or login using Facebook, Twitter and Google+! You read it right! You can soon file tickets using your Facebook, Twitter or Google + account!

Built-in Knowledge Base! Need to find a solution to common technical, game-related or account-related issues FAST? Search our Knowledge Base built into the new system. All the useful information you need is now in one convenient place!

Integrated Game Forums! (Beta) Interact with your fellow gamers and fans and find the latest and coolest tips and tricks from our Community Game Masters in our built-in forums!

We will be rolling out the new LU! Customer Support ticketing system to all of our games gradually, starting with Ragnarok and Cabal this week, until all of our games will be able to use the new LU! Customer Support ticketing system.

We’d like to thank our community whose feedback and suggestions helped make the NEW Level Up! Customer Support System what it is today, and we hope this new system will help us provide you better service!

FAQ

Do I need to register for a new account in the NEW Level Up! Customer Support System?

–          YES. Since this a new and independent system from the LU! PLAY and MyLevelUp! Customer Support systems, you will have to register for a new LU! Customer Support account OR you can use your Facebook, Twitter or Google+ account to safely and securely login to our new system.

What will happen to my previously-filed tickets both in MyLU! CS and LU! PLAY CS?

–          All your filed tickets will still be in both your MyLevelUp! And LU! Play CS Systems until April 4, Friday. NEW tickets should be filed via our new Level Up! Customer Support System.

How long can I check the status of my old tickets?

–          You can still view and access your tickets in both MyLU! CS and LU! PLAY CS until April 4, 2014 at 11:59PM. After which both of these systems will be deactivated and will no longer be available.

How about old tickets that are not yet resolved in MyLU! CS and LU! PLAY CS?

–          We will do our best to resolve old tickets as soon as possible, but we still highly advise that you follow up your unresolved tickets through our NEW Level Up! Customer Support system by stating the number of your unresolved ticket for easy tracking.

THE CABAL BAILOUT SYSTEM IS BACK!

As publishers of CABAL, it is our mandate to make the game fair and free from cheats, hacks, and third-party programs. This is the reason why we are regularly conducting “raids” inside the game in order to detect and penalize users who are guilty of violating our policies.

However, we also believe that most have now learned their lesson, thus we’re bringing back the CABAL “Bailout System” for a limited time. Players whose game accounts have been frozen because they violated game policies may reclaim their accounts only by paying the fine/penalty through the Bailout system.

We hope that with the Bailout System, CABAL Online will remain a vibrant and dynamic virtual world with REAL people playing the game.

Gamers can locate the Penalty Payment page by logging into https://cabalbailout.playpark.ph. If your account was blocked and the penalty system is deactivated, you will still be unable to access your game account.

The introduction of the penalty system will pave the way for us to pursue a more aggressive campaign in educating our players to not to immerse themselves in using unauthorized hack tools in order to gain unfair advantage inside the game. Thus, the CABAL Team will be vigilant in blocking game offenders detected to be using known hack tools (Fuji Trainer, Max CABAL, CABAL Engine, Trainers, Perx, Cheat Engine, etc.). In addition, hunters who uses this hacks to farm items from dungeons or map will be confiscated as well.

Q: What is the objective of the project bail out?

A: This is to promote fair-play and keep CABAL’s community intact. It is every player’s right to change and have a fair and equal community.

 

Q: Why do we suspend players?

A: These players violated Playweb Games Inc. and CABAL’s game policies and code of conduct.

 

Q: Why do we need to implement Bail Out system for Cabal

A: Since we still believe that a real CABAL gamer should be honorable and in our effort to keep the community intact and alive, this is one of those hard decisions and actions we need to do. Also, due to the negative effects of pursuing all violators in a massive scale, we are giving a chance to players to somehow change and still enjoy the game and the community that we are trying to shape now.

 

Q: Who can avail bail out?

A: Not everyone is eligible for bail out. The CABAL team will not allow bail-out to users guilty of account theft, item theft, involvement in RMT and TPP promotions, event disruption, and other offenses which are deemed to be grave (ex. usage of TPP during an event, GM impersonation, conspiracy, and disruption of an on-ground event).

 

Q: Why 1000 pesos?

A:It is not all about the monetary value but this is a way to prove to the community how serious we take this matter in our attempt to clean the community. Setting the bail too low, will only give players the impression that it is OK to violate game rules and policies. While setting the bail too high, will limit players chance to change and will give you the impression that we are after the player’s money. As we have said, our goal is to keep the community INTACT and possible elimination of violators.

 

Q: How sure you have blocked/suspended the right person?

A: The game developer, ESTsoft, has already provided a way to track all 3rd party program usage and hack users. The system has been thoroughly tested and provided us superb accurate results. The system is now a full proof system.

 

Q: If I get suspended, how long will my account be blocked?

A: PERMANENTLY.

Q: Can I be suspended again after bail out?

A: Yes, if you are one of those players still taking advantage of the game and other players. Our eyes are on you!

 

Q: Is there a degree of offenses for each account?

A: None. Every account will be sanctioned accordingly across the board.

 

Q: Is the Bail Out system permanent?

A: No. Bail out will be opened on a seasonal basis only.

 

Q: What will happen after the Bail Out system is gone?

A:  The anti-cheat campaign will still push through. Starting now we apologize for the accounts that will be suspended after the Bail Out system is gone. The sanction will be PERMANENT account suspension!

 

Q: Is there an item wipe before releasing an account?

A: Yes. If the banned character has a trace that proves his/her items came from illegal acts we have to confiscate it. This is a case to case basis since not all banned accounts are Third Party Program users like subpass blocked, involved in hack case and so on.

 

Q: Does the edited characters are included in bailout?

A: No.

 

Q: Is account suspension the only way to prevent users from using hacks and 3rd party programs?

A:  This is only one of the many plans that we will implement in CABAL. There will be more programs to be introduced to track down game offenders. So cheaters beware!

 

Q: What if my account is not part of the bail out system?

A: The reason behind this is that your account may have done serious issues like hacking or involve in RMT(Real Money Trading) for example . You may file a ticket via helpdesk.

In line with the update, we will be conducting a prolonged server maintenance this Thursday from 10:00am to 6:00pm.

You may now download the CABAL Episode 10: Rising Force Manual patch file in advance.

The patch file is password-protected; and the password will be released during the scheduled server maintenance on March 21, 2013.
